Family accounts
A parent owns the account and supplies correct child, school, and contact details. Anyone using the signed-in app can confirm meal changes. Keep access to the account secure. Registration needs review before active service starts.
Menus and recurring plans
A recurring plan repeats selected foods and quantities for each weekday. Availability, portions, and prices can differ by school. The app shows current choices. A selected food can be omitted if it is unavailable. No automatic substitute is selected. An increased price requires acceptance for that child’s plan before new orders include that food.
Changes, skips, and pauses
The cutoff is 9 PM IST on the evening before the service day. Orders past the cutoff remain unchanged. A skip applies to selected dates. A pause continues until the parent resumes service. The app shows affected orders and amounts before cancellation. Saving a plan does not resume paused service.
School off days and service issues
A school off day can affect meals. Served meals retain their charges. Unserved affected meals can be cancelled and credited under the service policy. Explicit parent skips, pauses, and locked dates are not automatically removed when an off day changes.
Bills and payments
Check the issued bill for amounts, credits, and its payment deadline. A family bill can include more than one child. The final terms must confirm payment methods, disputes, correction timelines, overdue restrictions, and refund rules. A service credit is not a promise of a cash refund.
Food information
Pictures show sample servings. Actual meals can differ. Ingredients and preparation can change. Ask the team about ingredients and allergies before ordering. FreshTray does not automatically match foods to allergies or offer custom meal preparation instructions.
