Can I use FreshTray without downloading an app?

Yes. Open the parent app in your browser. It works on the web, including a phone browser.

What does it cost?

Prices depend on your school, food, portion, and quantity. The parent app shows the current prices. This public site does not show live school prices.

Is my child’s school available?

Select your school during registration in the app. Availability depends on the school. The team reviews registrations before service starts. If your school is not listed, email hello@freshtray.in.

Do I have to choose meals every day?

No. Set a selection for each weekday. Your saved choices repeat each week until you change, skip, or pause them. An empty weekday has no planned meal.

What if our plans change?

You can change or skip eligible meals before 9 PM IST on the evening before the service day. A pause continues until you resume. Review affected dates and amounts in the app before confirming.

What if my child has an allergy?

Check the current item information and email hello@freshtray.in before ordering. Recipes can differ. FreshTray does not automatically match food to allergies.
